What This Site Is

This site is a private reference resource. It does not store official jail rosters, release records, court files, booking photos, or corrections records. It cannot confirm custody, release a person, file a document, change a record, or speak for a public agency.

The pages point visitors toward Hale County jail and court record sources, Alabama corrections resources, parole and probation information, VINELink and VNS options, federal locators, ICE resources, and third-party research tools.

Rules For Use

• Do not use the site for any unlawful purpose.
• Do not use information from the site to stalk, threaten, harass, or harm another person.
• Do not use site content for credit, employment, housing, insurance, licensing, or similar screening decisions.
• Do not attempt to access systems, files, or data without permission.
• Do not use bots, scrapers, or automated tools that burden the site.

Not A Consumer Reporting Agency

Hale County Released Inmates is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It does not provide background checks, consumer reports, credit reports, or screening services, and its partners are not offered here for those purposes.

• Hiring, firing, promotion, or job-related decisions.
• Tenant, rental, or housing screening.
• Creditworthiness, lending, or insurance pricing.
• Licensing, permits, or benefit eligibility.
• Any other use regulated by the FCRA or similar laws.

Outside Websites

This site links to sheriff, court, corrections, parole, notification, registry, federal, immigration, legal, and third-party search resources. Those websites are controlled by their own operators. Hale County Released Inmates is not responsible for their content, pricing, data practices, availability, or results.

No Warranties

The site is provided as is. No warranty is made that any page, link, record description, phone number, outside source, or partner result is accurate, complete, current, uninterrupted, secure, or error free.

• Records may change after a page is published.
• Government websites may move, restrict access, or go offline.
• Partner search tools may return incomplete or outdated results.
• Technical errors, bugs, or security issues may occur.

Custody status and public records change quickly. Nothing on this site is an official statement from the Hale County Sheriff's Office, Hale County courts, ADOC, ABPP, or any other government agency.
